in the cities in which non-profits like the NUL and QCF operates. 


“WPL Project”
Priority: 1
Status: Authorized, waiting for funds.

Executive Summary: The first project in
Central Florida will be the “WPL Project”. The “Winter Park Land Trust (WPL)” project promotes economic development of the Urban Community of Winter Park. Benefits include revenue that this project generates from Condo rentals or sales, and business space rental. WG will benefit from future real estate development opportunities with the City of Winter Park
and the Winter Park Land Trust. Favorable initial discussions have been held with various reputable local contractors.

MCB
Project”
Priority: 1
Status:Authorized, waiting for funds.

Executive Summary: The second project will be the
MCB Project”. The MCB
is a construction project that will be built on 5 acres of land that is currently owned by the MOUL. This project has initial projections of $20M to construct a business complex that will include the following: 
                         • Medical center (Assisted Living, and Dialysis Centers) 
                         • Corporate Office (MOUL)
                         • Business Incubator
The Medical Center and Business Incubator will create a positive cash flow to fund operations of the MOUL. The corporate office will operate with state and local grant funding as they are currently along with additional subsidy by
the net revenue of the
MCB
project. A feasibility study will be prepared upon initial funding.

Favorable initial discussions have been held with various reputable local contractors. The Business Development Team will manage and coordinate internal operations and first phase feasibility unless other recommendations are made by venture groups.

“VRN Project”

Executive Summary: The third project will be the “VRN Project”. The VRN project will be a $7.5m acquisition of the Veranda apartments. This will enable the Urban League to expand the current housing program by adding a placement component that they do not currently have. A portion of the funds will be used to renovate the complex. Favorable initial discussions have been held with various reputable local contractors.
