The NUL has been serving communities for over 95 years and has over 110 affiliates serving in the major metropolitan areas throughout the US. The NUL/MOUL goal is to identify business opportunities that will advance the economic development of urban communities and enable individuals to raise their income by providing economic opportunities for growth. Through acquisition of real estate, development of housing communities & commercial properties, along with SBDC initiatives, these organizations will be able to expand their economic development initiatives on a national level. 

                         Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc.(QCF)

Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c) (3) social service agency incorporated in 2005 that seeks to provide nonprofit programs and resources to support the empowerment of individuals and communities and provide ways for them to connect to each other. Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc.’s mission is to increase the success of individuals in enjoying a quality existence and to support families, businesses, organizations and communities in developing their potential. The Foundation’s primary focus is on the underserved, at-risk populace.
