                                QCF PROJECTS

Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c) (3) social service agency incorporated in 2005 that seeks to provide nonprofit programs and resources to support the empowerment of individuals and communities and provide ways for them to connect to each other.

Quantum Circle Foundation
, Inc.’s mission is to increase the success of individuals in enjoying a quality existence and to support families, businesses, organizations and communities in developing their potential.  The Foundation’s primary focus is on the underserved, at-risk populace.

Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc.’s current program focus is the Metro Community Center Program.  The purpose of this program is to provide charitable activities to the underserved, at-risk population in selected metro areas.  Major components of the Metro Community Center program are the Quantum Business Network (QBN) and the Quantum Community Network (QCN).

Demographics in metro areas indicate a growing underserved populace, i.e., mothers, youth—particularly minority male, new entrepreneurs who lack opportunities to lead successful lives are, therefore, at risk of contributing to community/world social problems and area economic decline. Sadly, the individuals in this group are the most likely to lack access to the resources and services that would contribute to their experiencing empowerment and living fulfilled lives.  This is the group that Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. has targeted to help through its MetroCommunity Center Program.

Although there are many agencies and organizations which exist to provide services that would benefit the same target group, the lack of coordination among them results in inefficient and ineffective efforts.  There is, therefore, a need to encourage the cooperation/ coordination of effort within each community in order to maximize wise use of resources for maximum impact.  This need is one that Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. will address in its Metro Community Center Program. Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. desires to add to the collective effort when possible instead of competing or duplicating effort.

This program includes charitable activities supportive of Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc.’s desire to provide the following:

1. Educational initiatives —to empower individuals, families, entrepreneurs and communities through education and support.

2. Community development initiatives—to support the success of individuals, families and businesses and to develop an awareness of the value of connecting with others within the local and global “community”.

                          FUNDING NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT PROGRAM

The amount of funds needed to enable Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. to implement its Metro Community Center Program in 25 metro areas for a two year period is $29,619,170.
